COB LED Stripe 24 Vdc - a continuous bright and uniform light strip The COB LED Stripe is a type of LED strip light based on chip-on-board (COB) technology. Unlike conventional LED strip lights, COB LED Strips do not have individual points of light visible because the LEDs are packed tightly together to create a continuous, perfectly uniform band of light. With the COB LED Strips from PUR-LED you get a continuous light band without light-dark transition similar to neon lighting due to a very high number of LEDs per meter (528LEDs/m). Another special feature is the phosphor layer, which is needed for the conversion into white light and is drawn as a continuous band over the whole LED strip. The COB LED strips can be used like normal LED strips, but offer the advantage of a very homogeneous illumination. The COB strips are highly flexible and can also be bent very well due to the small width of only 8mm. They can be cut and connected just as flexibly as normal LED strips. Likewise, the solder contacts for connecting cables are exposed. The COB LED Stripe is available in versions with different color temperatures in a range from 2700 K to 4000 K (depending on the selection) as well as different lengths from 1 to 5 meters.
