Casambi embedded Bluetooth 4.0 Module
The CBM-001 by Casambi is a 2 Class embedded Bluetooth 4.0 module with PWM output. Dimming and control light via App.
All GPIO pins can be configured to output PWM signal.
Up to four PWM channels can be used simultaneously.
The PWM frequency can be determined up to 40 kHz.
Applications:
Integration in LED driver.
Various lighting control applications
Accommodation in LED luminaires and LED lamps (one or more colors)
It is all pre-programmed with Casambi firmware that's why it is completly compatible with other Casambi devices.
The Casambi Bluetooth module CBM-001 is controlled wirelessly with a smartphone- or tablet app by Casambi via Bluetooth 4.0
To controll the light with a regular on / off power switch, Casambi has developed this one solution
and patented it. The normal switch can be used by default to dim the lighting. With a Casambi
App other settings can be selected such as
a present mode (light scenes etc.).

General information about the wall switches:
Radio switches for controlling Casambi devices have up to four freely programmable buttons
Battery-free, as the energy is generated by an electrodynamic energy generator (Enocean technology) when the button is pressed
Casambi wall switch/radio switch is maintenance free (no battery replacement)
Due to the ability to be battery-less, it can be mounted flexibly
The middle part can be used in frames from other switch series of the frame size 55x55mm (Jäger Direkt, Mertens, Gira, etc.)
Setup and operating instructions:
Initial programming must be done via tablet with NFC interface or smartphones with Android operating system
For installation: Set network mode to "balanced"
After successful setup with Android devices, the switch can also be managed and programmed with iOS systems

This switch relay is used to interrupt the power supply of Casambi controlled light Installation together with the low current contact inside Casambi ASD-Moduls. The decoupling takes place either via the Casambi app or manually at the relay. To avoid standby currents at 0% dimming via the Casambi app, and to completely switch off the connected lighting, a relay sized for the power to be switched must be used. A corresponding typical circuit diagram can be found under the tab More Images.

CASAMBI Detector/Sensor for Motion and Brightness Control
With this small and practical light sensor you are able to control your desired lighting depending on movement or brightness.
The control signals are simply transmitted via BT 4.0 (2,4 GHz) into your CASAMBI network where the sensor can be configured and it provides a variety of funcitons. This can be achieved by the communication of the sensor with smart devices, such as mobile phones or tablets via CASAMBI app. Furthermore, the detector is resistant against an ambient temperature between -20°C and +60° including a protection level of IP44. Thus, it can be employed in indoor- and in outdoor-applications.
The product is available in versions with a supply input of 12..24V and 220..230V. In addition, there is a version in which the sensor is supplied with battery compartment and 2x AA battery (3V), and which is only suitable for "Evolution" networks. Furthermore, it is possible to choose between the different housing colors white, gray and black.
